We believe you should feel totally cared for while you’re with us, from the moment you walk through the door to when you leave. We bring you meals made with the best available ingredients, using locally sourced, quality produce. It’s this attention to detail that makes our food taste so good.

You have plenty of choice at our New Ross restaurant, with both an à la carte menu and an additional table d’hôte menu for you to select from. We always have a vegetarian option available and if you have any other dietary requirements, these can be catered for with advance notice.

You can enjoy your meal in the restaurant, the adjoining winter garden with views overlooking the grounds all year round or the Bistro Bar. In summer, you may also like to dine on the veranda and eat al fresco.
