Restaurants: The hotel benefits from the synergy between two restaurants; one is traditional and deeply rooted in Tuscan cuisine, while the other is innovative and dynamic.

Restaurant Aqva & Farina Bistrot, open every day for lunch and dinner, offers meat and fish dishes and also Pizza, cooked in wood hoven. The innovative and at the same time traditional cuisine, is characterized by fresh products of our territory.

The Restaurant is located in the ancient armoury during the winter and in the courtyard in the warmer months.
