Tuscan Delights Includes
- Arrival transfer from Florence Airport or Florence rail station to the Villa Casagrande.
- Five (5) nights in a double standard room at Villa Casagrande in the Tuscany region (upgrade to a superior room is also available).
- Italian buffet breakfast, except day of arrival.
- Welcome dinner at the Villa, including 1/4 wine and 1/2 water.
- Half-day tour of Chianti.
- Full day car at disposal for Siena and San Gimignano tour.
- One (1) wine tasting at a farm in San Gimignano.
- Departure transfer to Florence Airport or Florence rail station from the Villa.

Itinerary
Day 1 | Arrive in Florence
Arrive in Florence today where a private transfer will be waiting for you. Transfer to the villa a short distance from Florence. Time to check-in and relax. Perhaps check out the wonderful Tuscan town of Figline Valdarno. This evening enjoy a welome dinner with drink included at the Villa. (D)
Day 2 | Day at leisure (Optional cooking class can also be arranged today)
Today is your day at leisure. The joy of the Villa's location is it's ease to get to Florence for the day. The train station is a short distance from the Villa and a 30 minute train ride will have you in Florence. Enjoy this historic city or choose to relax at the Villa today. The choice is yours. An optional cooking class can be arranged today at the Villa, where you can enjoy the fruits of your labor. Overnight at Villa Casagrande. (B).
Day 3 | Chianti
After breakfast, you will enjoy a private half-day tour of the Chianti region. Chianti is known for its wine production. In the mid-late 19th century, Baron Bettino Ricasoli helped establish Sangiovese as the blend's dominant varity, creating the bluebrint for today's Chianti wines. There will be plenty of opportunity to enjoy this famous wine (not included). Return to the Villa in the afternoon. Overnight at the Villa. (B)
Day 4 | Siena - San Gimignano
An exciting day after breakfast, where you meet your driver for a full-day excursion to Siena and San Gimignano. Independently discover the beauty of these perfectly preserved medieval towns. Although you will be on your own touring these areas, your driver can make recommendations on what to see and where to eat. Before leaving, you will experience a wine tasting at a local farm in the area. Return to Figline Valdarno for overnight at the villa. (B,T)
Day 5 | Day at leisure
Day to relax or perhaps book an optional tour today. We can arrange a tour to Arezzo, Pisa or Cinque Terre. The choice is yours or relax at the Villa and take in the beautiful town of Figline Valdarno. We enjoy a farewell dinner tonight at the Villa, with drink included. Overnight at the Villa. (B,D)
Day 6 | Tour ends
After breakfast, a return transfer to Florence Airport or the railway station ends your Tuscan package. (B)

Pricing
Your tour land price is per person based on two (2) people sharing a twin or double room. When a single room is booked, a single supplement will apply. There are no triple rooms for this tour.

Departures & Transfers
Departure date is the date one would start touring in Florence including any pre/post nights. With overnight flights, one would depart the US one day prior.
Depending on your arrival in Italy, the itinerary may be re-arranged to accommodate the cooking classes and tours. Celtic Tours also can arrange extensions in Florence, Rome, or other Italy destinations to enhance your tour.
