village of
Adare, after a brief stop
for banking or photographs we continue on to Foynes, located on the River
Shannon. We enjoy a visit to Foynes and the Flying Boat Museum and the Boeing

waterway via Glin and Listowel, birthplace of the late Irish play write John B.
Keene. Onward to Killarney for dinner and overnight.

Peninsula. Enjoy the scenic beauty for which
this region is renowned and made famous by such movies as “Ryan's Daughter” and

along the coastline of the broad Iveragh Peninsula, through the towns of Glenbeigh,
Cahirciveen, Waterville and Sneem. The scenery is
spectacular as wind-swept cliffs, still lakes, lost valleys and rocky mountains
blend in awesome beauty. As one looks around it is easy to agree with the old
Irish saying, “Even if a man has only a small bit of earth here, he has a lot of
the heavens.” From Sneem, we continue via “Ladies View” back to Killarney.
Dinner and overnight at our Killarney hotel.
