Preview Itinerary - detailed day to day itinerary provided with
Day 01: Overnight flight to Ireland.
Day 02: Dublin Sightseeing. Arrive
Dublin, Ireland on Friday. Morning transfer to hotel, with free time to rest
and relax. Afternoon 2 hour local tour of Dublin. Dinner and overnight at our
Day 03: Mellifont Abbey and Titanic Belfast. Travel
north to nearby Mellifont Abbey, a Cistercian community founded in 1142.
Continue to Belfast. We enjoy a visit to Titanic Belfast, a multiple
dimensional exhibition exploring the Titanic story. Dinner and overnight
Day 04: Belfast - Giants Causeway - Glenveagh.
Panoramic sightseeing tour of Belfast City, before heading along the Causeway
Coast to the Giant's Causeway, where we visit the Giant's Causeway Museum and
the Causeway with its volcanic columns, formed over 60 million years ago.
Continue with a visit to Glenveagh Castle and National Park. Onwards to Donegal
Town for dinner and overnight.
Day 05: Scenic Slieve League Cliffs. A
spectacular day touring along Donegal Bay to Killybegs and Malinmore. Enjoy
scenic views of Malin Bay and the amazing Slieve League Cliffs. Continue to
Adara and Glenties to see local crafts and Donegal tweeds, returning to Donegal
for dinner and overnight.
Day 06: Donegal - Belleek - Galway.
Morning departure from Donegal. We travel south to Belleek, where we pause a
while to visit the famed Belleek China showroom. Continue south via Sligo,
birthplace of William Butler Yeats, to Galway City for dinner and
Day 07: Galway Bay - Rathbaun Farms - Cliffs of Moher - Castle Banquet.
Travel along Galway Bay, scenic Spiddal and Rossavell. Continue to Rathbaun
Farms where we see a farming family carry out everyday chores, including sheep
shearing, watch the sheepdogs maneuver the flock and enjoy some farmhouse
scones with tea/coffee. Break in Doolin before continuing to the majestic
Cliffs of Moher, with Medieval Castle banquet dinner and entertainment and
overnight in Limerick.
Day 08: Adare - Killarney.
Casual departure from Limerick Hotel. We travel via Adare to Killarney.
Afternoon is free in Killarney. Dinner and overnight in
Day 09: Killarney - Ring of Kerry. We
depart on one of Ireland's most popular and beautiful drives, the Ring of
Kerry. Traveling from Killarney, we come to the town of Killorglin, famous for
“Puck Fair,” and from here we commence the ring tour. Our drive is along the
coastline of the broad Iveragh Peninsula, through the towns of Glenbeigh,
Cahirciveen, Waterville and Sneem. The scenery is spectacular as wind-swept
cliffs, still lakes, lost valleys and rocky mountains blend in awesome beauty.
Back to Killarney for dinner and overnight.
Day 10: Blarney - Cobh - Waterford.
Depart Killarney, with a stop in Blarney and Cobh, the last port of call for the
Titanic. Onwards with a visit to House of Waterford, with dinner and overnight
Day 11: Waterford - Kilkenny Castle - Trinity College.
Depart Waterford for historic Kilkenny town to visit Kilkenny Castle. Continue
to Dublin. Visit Trinity College to view the 8th century Book of Kells. Enjoy
dinner and traditional Irish cabaret show in Dublin tonight.
Day 12: Dublin . Relaxing
morning before a mid-morning visit to Whitefriar Church, Guinness Storehouse
and the Old Jameson Whiskey distillery. Afternoon is free in Dublin to enjoy
the capital city. Dinner on your own this evening.
Day 13: Dublin - CDB Tour ends.
Early morning transfer to Dublin Airport for return flight home. You arrive home
the same day.

Your tour land price is based on two people sharing a
twin room. When a single room is booked, a single supplement will apply. When
a triple room is booked, a reduction will apply.
Airfare is additional. Once you select your date, you
will be given the opportunity to search our system for the best available
airfare from your home city. The dates shown will the the start / end date of
your tour, however, you can alter these dates to arrive earlier or extend your
stay as needed.
Our system will search for the best possible airfare during your booking
process. Note, airfare cannot be booked sooner than 11
month from date of departure.
Departure date is the date one would depart from the US.
Tour begins in Ireland one day leter. Free group transfers are offered from
Dublin at after the arrival of all international flights for the passengers that
book airfare with Celtic Tours. Passengers that book
air on their own may avail of these free transfers provided they inform us of
their flight information 35 days prior to departure and they are available 30
minutes prior to airport departure. Tour ends approx 7:30 am at Dublin
