We will pre-book the 1st night of your DIS, PRE or MM package at no charge. All remaining nights are provided on an open voucher basis only.

BWH: All Best Western Hotels may be pre-booked. A minimum of 4 nights and 2 hotels must be booked. A non-refundable fee of $10 per person per night applies. Once hotels are confirmed, no changes are allowed. Some hotels have seasonal or location supplements, which are collected prior to departure on all pre-booked properties:
